Do I really have to record a video?
Yes. It's a sales job — if you can't talk to a camera for three minutes, you can't do the work. Applications without a Loom aren't reviewed.
I've never used Loom. Is it hard?
No. Make a free account, click the record button, pick "Screen and camera" or just camera, talk, then hit stop. Loom copies the share link to your clipboard automatically. The whole thing takes longer to read about than to do.
Can I send a YouTube or Google Drive link instead?
Use Loom. It's free and it takes two minutes to set up. Other links get rejected by the form.
Can I re-record if I mess it up?
Record as many times as you like before you send it. Submit the one you want us to see — but don't over-polish it. We'd rather see you think on your feet.
